Risk Management Practice Redeployment
A major European Oil&Gas operator faced difficulties in disseminating a common Risk Management practice among its projects. Based on his experience, Kwantis proposed a complete reorganization of the process to enhance either its usability and its added value.
At start kwantis performed a Gap Analysis in order to improve the Project Risk Management process making the best of the existing resources (procedures, tools, templates,...). Then the existing procedures were merged, rationalized and enhanced with a "toolkit" to facilitate their application. The process is supported by the use of Primavera Risk Analysis software for probabilistic time and cost estimates.

Kwantis presented the new process at the Annual Total E&P Risk Workshop in 2013 and 2014. It was acknowledged as one of the best guideline in terms of usability, graphics and clarity.
